Job Summary

Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient
care plans. Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.

Shift: 1 7a-7p / 2 7p-7a

Sign on up to $10,000 based off experience. Paid out- 25-50% first pay check, 25-50% 6 months, remainder 1 year mark.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsibilities.
    Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles in addition to general nursing care.
  • day-to-day activities of the position.
    • Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
    • Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of tasks.
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
    • Max of 6:1 patient to nurse ratio, usually 4-6 patients per nurse.
    • Charge nurse that takes max of 3 patients to help as a resource nurse/discharge nurse.
    • Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting


  • ASN required, BSN preferred

  • Georgia or compact state RN required;

  • BLS (or within 30 day of hire);

  • ACLS /PALS preferred


  • Great communication skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 year preferred; new grad accepted

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
